Your Impactful Role Includes:
Clinical Leadership & Resident Care
- Conduct health assessments & develop personalized care plans
- Monitor residents’ health & oversee safe medication administration

What You Bring to the Team:
- Valid LPN (CLHA) certification with 3+ years nursing experience—senior care background is an asset
