We are hiring to fill a vacant Bookkeeper/Payroll Administrator position. We are the premier professional services firm, in the heart of rural Ontario, caring for our clients and caring for our team. What You’ll Be Doing:

As a member of the Bookkeeping team, you will work independently to provide bookkeeping and payroll services while meeting deadlines for our clients; including WSIB and HST returns, completing Records of Employment , payroll remittances, and T4’s.
Communicate directly with the client.
Support team members as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

1 year, or more, of relevant bookkeeping and/or payroll experience is required.
Certification in bookkeeping and/or payroll is considered an asset.
Experience with and/or knowledge of QuickBooks Online.
Ability to effectively handle multiple work assignments at once.
Self-motivated, hardworking and driven to succeed.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work well with colleagues and clients.

Hybrid working arrangements available upon successful completion of probationary period, with the possibility of fully remote arrangements for the right candidate.

Pay Range: $52,305-$59,777 annually, 40 hours per week
