Salary range (but not limited to):

43,600 - 53,200

Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

About the role

We are looking for an Administrative Support I to join our growing team!

This is a fully on-site position at our office, located at 140 Fullarton, London, and requires attendance five days per week.

What you will accomplish with us:

Main core function will be to be switch board operation and manage front reception desk.
Perform various recurring administrative tasks such as shipping of documents, equipment or correspondence, entering data, scanning or filing, requisitioning equipment or supplies, setting up workstations, etc.
Manage correspondence and ensure the quality and accuracy of information.
Transcribe data from documents or databases using standardized practices.
Respond to a variety of requests.
Support projects or new initiatives as requested.

What you will bring:

Administrative Technician or equivalent combination of education and experience.
1 - 3 years minimum of experience in an office environment.
Legendary customer service and relationship building .
Exemplary written and verbal communication.
Highly organized and able to manage workflow efficiently without continuous supervision.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
No Canadian work experience required, however must be eligible to work in Canada.
