Availability Requirements:
- Saturdays 9:00am-5:30pm
- Sundays 9:00am-5:30pm
- Statutory Holidays
- Availability to work a minimum of 3 shifts, Monday – Friday (6:30am to 3:00pm) or PM shifts Monday-Friday (3:30pm-12am)
Job Summary
We have specialized opportunities for our Production Associates. In our Receiving department you will work with a team to sort linen and prepare for washing.
Responsibilities
- Organizing carts that come back from customers in the receiving area
- Opening bags of soiled linen (this means that it has been used in a hospital setting)
- Emptying bags onto conveyor belt
- Grabbing linen off the conveyor belt and sorting them into buckets
- Communicating with the team
Qualifications
- Comfortable sorting used linen that is returned from the hospitals (with provided PPE)
- Great track record of attendance
- Availability to work every Saturday, Sunday, and Statutory Holidays
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs, stand for 9 hours a day and repetitive movement
- 1-2 professional references
