Job Opportunity: Seafood Wholesale Sales Representative
Full-Time | Langley | In-Office with BC travel
Are you a driven seafood sales professional who thrives on building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and taking initiative? Hardy Sales is hiring a full-time Seafood Wholesale Sales Representative to manage a strong existing customer base and actively develop new business across British Columbia.
This is a hands-on, growth-focused role. We’re looking for someone who brings strong B2B Seafood experience—whether in sales, account management, or business development—and wants to build a long-term career in a fast-moving, people-first industry.
About Hardy Sales
Hardy Sales is one of Western Canada’s most reliable and well-established food distributors. With over 40 years of experience, we import and distribute premium perishable products—including meat, deli, seafood, and bakery items—to wholesale and retail partners across Canada.
We are a family-owned company with a culture built on accountability, continuous improvement, and teamwork. We’re growing—and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

- Identify new species, SKUs, and pack formats that align with customer demand and our import capabilities.
- Represent Hardy Sales at trade shows, buying events, and supplier meetings
This Role Is for Someone Who:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in wholesale seafood — buying, selling, or both.
- Deep knowledge of seafood species, grading, pack styles, cold chain requirements, and seasonal markets.
- Established relationships with seafood suppliers (domestic, US, or international) and/or grocery buyers.
- Comfort with both the procurement and sales sides of the business and understanding margin from both ends.
- Strong negotiation skills and a track record of hitting revenue or volume targets
