Position Title: Shipping / Receiving

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Load store orders coming from the cooler onto the trucks to be shipped to customers
- Verify load order are correct, strapped in properly, and have equipment that is assigned to the load on the truck
- Unload and Receive products, complete proper paperwork, signoffs and verification of products
- Pile various size boxes onto skids, ensuring neat, safe, and secure piles
- Keep floors tidy of debris and broken egg; ensure the space between the pallets and the wall is clear of debris
- Complete daily safety check on the power cart and/or stacker; report any issues or concerns to the Supervisor
- Move pallets of eggs from the grading floor to the graded cooler
- When moving inventory, ensure that product is moved safely to avoid breakage of product
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Education preferred.
- Must be able to lift 1-50lbs.
- Must have attention to detail.
- Must have a great work ethic, attendance and willing to work as a team player.
- Must be able to work in a loud and busy environment.
- Must be able to work in a cold environment for Order Picking.
- Must be able to read and follow work instructions and policies on proper load procedures and Order Picking procedures.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work within a team setting as well as independently.
