What we are looking for:
We require energetic, motivated and career-minded Install Helper to be responsible for performing onsite installation and duct cleaning in residential homes.

1 year of recent HVAC Installation experience, with exposure to furnaces, central and ductless air conditioners, gas boilers and water heaters, including tankless heaters;( asset)
Successful completion of a post-secondary diploma in HVAC;
A G3 or G2 Gas Fitter’s License;
Other certifications such as ODP and Fall Arrest/Working from Heights are an asset;
Clear Criminal Record
A valid class “G” Class Driver’s License with a clean record;
Comfortable working from heights and using a ladder;
An accountable and responsible personality, with a focus on delivering the best customer experience and has a positive, driven attitude to work hard and learn;
The ability to work efficiently and effectively within a team environment, completing installation, maintenance work and commissioning of HVAC elements as per manufacturer and TSSA Standards.
