Position Overview
B3ST is seeking a Project Manager, Furniture & Equipment (F&E) Planning to support the planning and delivery of healthcare redevelopment projects throughout Canada.
The successful candidate will play a lead role in managing furniture and equipment planning activities from early project development through implementation and occupancy. Working closely with healthcare clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors, you will be responsible for coordinating project activities, maintaining stakeholder relationships, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead furniture and equipment planning activities for healthcare redevelopment projects.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate furniture and equipment planning from concept development through implementation and occupancy.
- Collaborate with healthcare clients, architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
- Support procurement, implementation, and activation activities as required.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project delivery standards, processes, and best practices.
- Support business development initiatives and organizational growth activities when required.
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of F&E planning experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience coordinating complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Valid driver's licence and ability to travel as required.
Preferred
- Experience working on healthcare redevelopment, capital planning, or healthcare infrastructure projects.
- Experience in furniture and equipment planning, procurement, implementation, or activation.
- Knowledge of healthcare capital project delivery models, including CM, DBB, DB, P3, DBFM, AFP, IPD, and Alliance delivery approaches.
- Degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Biomedical Engineering, Construction Management, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related discipline.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) designation or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience working with hospitals, healthcare organizations, or healthcare consulting firms.
