We're looking for an organized, personable, and motivated individual to become the heart of our office. Someone who enjoys wearing a few different hats and loves seeing their work make a difference. This role is primarily focused on office administration and reception duties, with opportunities to assist our marketing team through social media and client communications. No two days are the same here. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys learning new things, and takes pride in producing high-quality work, this could be the perfect fit.
What You'll Be Doing
- Creating engaging social media content for a wide variety of businesses.
- Designing graphics, advertisements, and promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Managing Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Scheduling posts and monitoring engagement.
- Assisting with digital marketing campaigns and paid advertising.
- Helping improve website visibility through SEO and keyword optimization.
- Monitoring marketing performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
- Communicating with clients through phone, email, and in person.
- Coordinating projects and keeping client information organized.
- Assisting with website and e-commerce updates.
- Supporting day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
- Collaborating with our team to bring creative ideas to life.
What We're Looking For
We're more interested in finding the right person than checking every single box, but experience in the following areas is definitely an asset:
- Experience managing social media accounts.
- Graphic design experience using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong writing and proofreading skills.
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar scheduling platforms.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Creative thinker who enjoys bringing new ideas to the table.
