Issue, receive, and track tools, gauges, and equipment used in production.
Maintain accurate inventory records and update tool tracking systems.
Inspect tools for wear, damage, or calibration requirements.
Coordinate tool repairs, replacements, and calibration activities.
Organize and maintain the tool crib to ensure a clean and efficient work environment.
Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment requests when required.
Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Support production teams by ensuring timely availability of tools and equipment.
Follow AS9100 quality standards, company procedures, and safety requirements.
Assist with receiving, labeling, and storing incoming tooling and supplies.
Generate inventory and tooling usage reports as required.
Previous experience as a Tool Crib Attendant, Tool Room Attendant, Inventory Coordinator, or similar role.
10+ Experience working in a manufacturing, aerospace, machining, or industrial environment.
Knowledge of tool inventory management and tracking systems.
Familiarity with AS9100 quality standards is preferred.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Ability to read and understand basic technical documentation.
Proficient with computers and inventory management software.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
