Reports to: Quality Control Leader- Kitting
Responsibilities
-
Follow recipes and formulas, including confirmation of correct revision numbers.

Communicate with stagers to ensure correct ingredients are brought to the raw ingredients prep area.

Verify ingredient coding against recipe or formulation.

Accurately weigh ingredients using balance scales.
-
Complete batch sheets with the correct codes and label ingredients with the provided stickers.

Clean and sanitize weighing areas before and after each shift.
-
Use the ERP (Parity) system for kit building and tracking.

Conduct inventory checks for kitted products.
-
Handle allergen-containing ingredients responsibly, maintaining compliance with the allergen matrix and preventing cross-contamination.

Compliance with all rules & policies regarding health safety, occupational safety, environmental safety, food safety, legal regulations, company requirements, etc.

Compliance with the Company's Integrated Management Systems which includes, but is not limited to Production, Quality, Food Safety & GMP.

Profile
-
High school diploma or GED is required
-
Previous food production experience is nice to have
-
Ability to perform physically demanding work (lift up to 50 lbs without assistance)

Strong attention to detail

Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

Ability to stand for long periods of time

Basic mathematical skills and Proficient computer skills
-
Forklift license – counterbalance is an asset
