Required Qualifications

Must-Have Requirements

7+ years of progressively responsible project-management experience.
Significant experience managing enterprise technology implementation projects within the public sector.
Demonstrated experience leading ERP replacement projects within Canadian municipalities.
Current PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.
Experience working with Canadian municipal governance, procurement, and decision-making environments.
Experience working collaboratively with business and technology teams.
Experience managing ERP vendors and external service providers.
Experience providing strategic advice, recommendations, options, and decision support to senior administration, executive leadership, elected officials, or governing bodies.

Preferred / Asset

Education & Certifications

Relevant education must be included on the resume, mandatory bachelor's or master's degree.

Mandatory certification – one of the following:

Asset: Organizational Change Management certification.
