Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $79,400 - $115,900
Hours: 40 hours per week

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related discipline)

Experience:
-
5+ years of manufacturing engineering and/capital projects
-
Strong experience with CNC programming, robotics, tooling, and production systems
-
Experience leading technical scope within multidisciplinary projects
-
Experience in defence or regulated manufacturing environments considered an asset
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing engineering principles and production processes
- Understanding of CNC/NC programming, robotics, tooling, and automation systems
- Knowledge of CAPEX project execution including equipment design, installation, and commissioning
- Familiarity with defence and regulatory requirements (CGP, ITAR/EAR, ISO/AS9100)
- Understanding of APQP, validation, and production readiness processes
- Knowledge of ERP systems, project controls, and technical documentation practices
- Advanced problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in CNC programming and manufacturing process optimization
- Effective project coordination and technical leadership skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to develop technical documentation, reports, and proposals
