Job Title: Commission Sales Representative – Modular Housing, Structural Steel and Structures, Recreational Buildings, Garage Packages, Domes, Log Structures and Site works
Location: Based out of Nanaimo, British Columbia
Compensation: Commission-Based – Earn up to 20% on Sales

The Role
As a Sales Representative, you’ll be the front line of our business, introducing clients to the endless possibilities of our structures. You’ll have the opportunity to sell across multiple product lines, from residential and multi-family modular housing, recreational buildings, domes, commercial / industrial steel structures to the foundations, site works and finishes that support them all, giving you a wide-open field to grow your income.
Your focus? Hustle, build relationships, and drive sales.
What You’ll Do
- Hunt for new opportunities and expose hidden markets to generate leads across multiple sectors (residential, commercial, industrial).
- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored structure solutions.
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that inspire clients to say yes.
- Negotiate and close deals with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Stay on top of market trends and competitor offerings to give yourself the winning edge.
- Follow the sales process from start to finish, providing a solution for our clients
- Focus on ideal clients such as Indigenous Governments, Property Developers, Mining Industries, Industrial as well as creating new client bases.
