What you will do
Reporting to the Portfolio Manager of Capital Planning, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
leading Clarity (portfolio and project management software) development, enhancements, and ongoing support for the department;
building strong, collaborative relationships with internal client groups to ensure solutions meet operational and strategic needs;
providing guidance to users, ensuring consistent data entry, and conducting quality assurance reviews;
aiding in the development and maintenance of the departmental capital plan;
supporting special projects and leading continuous improvement initiatives;
mapping and analyzing processes, identifying gaps, and recommending improvements.
Work environment:
Office location: 440 King Street, Fredericton.
Open office layout.
Standard hours of work: Monday – Friday.
We promote a scent-reduced environment.
Occasional travel within the province will be required.

Essential Qualifications:
University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related discipline.
A minimum of four (4) years of related experience.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid Class 5 driver’s license as issued by the Province of New Brunswick.
An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.
Written and spoken competence in English is required. Please state your language capability.

Asset Qualifications :
Preference may be given to candidates that demonstrate the following assets :
experience with project management software, change management or systems integration;
experience in construction;
strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Subject to the response to this competition, candidates may be required to demonstrate on their application one or more of the asset qualifications in addition to the essential qualifications in order to be given further consideration.

SALARY:
Pay Band 4: $2,271.00 to $3,176.00 bi-weekly, based on 36.25 hours per week.
