Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Administrative Assistant to join our team in Saint John, NB.
This is an entry-level role suited for someone looking to grow in a construction office environment. You will support office operations, assist project managers and estimators, and help keep projects organized and on track. Candidates who can demonstrate specific experience in administrative and financial duties are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to management and project teams
- Support invoicing, data entry, and basic financial tasks
- Communicate with suppliers, contractors, and internal team members
- Assist with preparing reports, spreadsheets, and project files
- Maintain organized digital and physical records
Skills & Qualifications:
- Growth orientated
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay on top of deadlines
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable using QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in administration or construction industry is an asset, but not required
