Customer Service/Sales Representative - Flooring Division
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and goals
- Other duties will include but are not limited to daily/ weekly/ monthly reporting, etc..
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Exceptional phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively
- Experience in flooring sales or wholesale distirbution will be considered an asset but not a final factor in finding the best suited individual
