We are looking for a Receptionist/ Accounting Clerk to join our growing team. If you have a positive attitude, enjoy variety in your day, and thrive on providing exceptional customer service and a desire to succeed, we would love to have you join the Harvey and Company team!

This role combines front-desk reception responsibilities with accounting and administrative support and is ideal for someone who can multi-task and balance the changing needs of the day.

Key Responsibilities

Reception Duties

Greet and assist customers, clients, and vendors.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and emails.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.

Accounting Duties

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
Daily cash functions for balancing and processing.
Prepare invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
Support the accounting team with administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

Previous experience in reception, administration, or accounting support preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
