Job Type: Part-Time
Compensation: $17.60–$24.00 per hour
Paid training begins at Ontario minimum wage. Upon successful completion of training and Coach Certification, coaches are eligible for performance-based wage increases. Top-performing coaches have the opportunity to earn up to $25/hour based on coaching ability, reliability, leadership, and overall contribution.

About KidStrong
KidStrong is a science-backed children's training program that helps kids build confidence, strength, and life skills through movement. Every 45-minute class develops physical, cognitive, and character skills in a fun, structured, and engaging environment.
As a Coach, you'll inspire kids, support families, and make a meaningful impact every single day.
What You'll Do
- Lead high-energy, engaging 45-minute classes for children ages walking through 11 years old.
- Deliver the KidStrong curriculum with confidence, enthusiasm, and consistency.
- Create a fun, safe, and structured environment where every child can succeed.
- Build genuine relationships with children and their families before, during, and after class.
- Arrive prepared, on time, and ready to deliver an exceptional class experience.
- Support camps, birthday parties, community events, and other center activities.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming center.
- Continue developing your coaching skills through KidStrong training and certification.

- An excellent communicator with children, parents, and teammates.
- A team player who contributes to a positive, supportive culture.
- Physically active and comfortable demonstrating movements throughout class.
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain certification).
Experience working with children through coaching, teaching, camps, childcare, gymnastics, dance, martial arts, sports, recreation, or similar programs is considered an asset - but the right attitude and personality matter most.
