As an Account Manager at our firm, you'll be part of a team that guides clients through financial challenges and opportunities. A Day in the Life…
Imagine walking into the office knowing that today’s actions will resonate far beyond these walls. You’ll lead new or larger complex audits and oversee the preparation of new and complex review engagement files. Your day includes the first review of all assurance work—review engagements, simpler audits, and NTRs prepared by co-op students or AS staff—along with preparing finalization packages and supporting reviews and audits planning. As you progress, you’ll start taking on special work from senior managers, organize and review training plans, and work directly with partners on more complex engagements, including client draft meetings. Throughout it all, you mentor and train junior staff, helping them grow as you continue to drive innovation and refine processes that shape the firm’s future.

- You can explain complex ideas and findings, as easily as you can collaborate with your team, creating impact and insight with both spoken and written word.
- With 2-3 years in public accounting, and a CPA badge (or in-progress status), you're primed for greatness.
