Sewer/Upholsterer
Lavigne's Canvas Co. Inc. is hiring Full Time, Part Time and Seasonal Seamstress/Upholsterers.
Sewing experience is a must. We are willing to train working with different textiles, if you have other sewing experience. We're open Monday to Friday.
Job Duties/ Responsibilities
- Operate sewing machines
- Create & sew new boat tops
- Reupholster seating, cushions, jet ski seat
- Vinyl repair
- Window & screen repairs
- Ensure quality craftsmanship
Qualifications
- Must have experience sewing
- Experience sewing with canvas beneficial
- Experience with upholstery work beneficial
- Experience with vinyl or foam is beneficial
- Able to work independently and cooperatively as part of a team
