We're looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on individual to join our team as a Sign Maker & Installer. If you enjoy building things, learning new skills, and seeing the results of your work come to life, this could be a great fit.
This role is best suited to someone who is dependable, takes initiative, and comfortable in a physically active, fast-paced environment. Hands-on training is provided.
No two days are exactly the same. You'll be involved in every stage of the process with an experienced, energetic team that takes pride in quality workmanship and delivering solid results for our clients.
What You'll Do
As a Sign Maker & Installer, you'll help bring creative ideas to life—from production in the shop to installation at customer locations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating industry-leading sign production equipment, including CNC machines, vinyl cutters, large-format printers, and laminators
- Using a variety of hand and power tools to fabricate and assemble custom signage
- Preparing and applying vinyl graphics to a wide range of materials with precision and attention to detail
- Installing indoor and outdoor signage, including vehicle graphics, wall murals, storefronts, roadside signs, and more, while following safe work practices
- Contributing to a positive customer experience by delivering professional service and quality workmanship
- Collaborating with team members to keep projects moving efficiently and meet deadlines
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work, being physically active, takes pride in what they create, and brings a positive attitude to a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications include:
- At least 1 year of recent experience in a physically demanding role, ideally within the signage or carpentry industries
- Experience with sign making and vehicle wraps is considered a strong asset
- Confidence using hand and power tools, along with practical carpentry skills
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively both independently and as part of a small team
- A proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
- High School Diploma
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Frequent squatting, standing, lifting, bending, and stooping for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Working with signage equipment, power tools, and hand tools
- Working at various heights and in a variety of weather conditions
- Performing work both at our shop and at customer locations
