THE JOB
Are you looking for a hands-on role where you can stay active and be part of a hardworking team We’re seeking reliable Truck Helpers to support residential and commercial garbage and recycling collection. In this role, you’ll work alongside a driver to collect waste materials using side-load or rear-load trucks and ensure proper disposal at designated sites.
This position involves physical work, including repetitive lifting, pushing, and pulling of containers weighing between 50 to 75 pounds. You’ll also work outdoors in all weather conditions while maintaining clear communication and visibility with the driver at all times. Safety is a top priority, and you’ll be trained on required hand signals and proper procedures before starting your route.

REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this position, candidates must be able to perform physically demanding work, including repetitive lifting, pushing, and pulling of containers weighing between 50 and 75 pounds. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and must be able to maintain clear and consistent communication with the driver at all times. A strong commitment to safety is essential, including the ability to learn and properly use required hand signals. Successful candidates will also demonstrate reliability and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
