Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Administrator who will also provide support to the CEO. This role is vital for ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations, handling administrative tasks, and assisting the CEO with scheduling, communications, and project coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage general office operations, including filing, document management, and office supplies.
Coordinate internal communications and support team collaboration.
Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing office events.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and administrative processes to support the organization.
Provide direct administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting preparation, and correspondence.
Assist with drafting emails, reports, and presentations.
Coordinate projects, track deadlines, and follow up on action items as directed by the CEO.
Serve as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in office administration, executive support, or a related role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent tools.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment.

Timings:

Monday to Friday - 09:30 to 18:30

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
