What You’ll Do
- Review construction documents and collaborate with project managers, sales, and field teams to define project scopes
- Complete accurate material and labour takeoffs using Bluebeam and internal tools
- Identify value engineering and cost saving opportunities
- Present and defend estimates confidently to internal teams or clients
- Maintain and update supplier pricing for improved accuracy and speed
- Participate in daily training and development sessions to sharpen communication, technical, and negotiation skills
What You Bring
- Journeyperson Certificate in Electrical, HVAC/R, Plumbing, or Sheet Metal
- Minimum of 3 years experience estimating commercial service, maintenance, or retrofit projects
- Strong ability to read drawings and perform takeoffs (Bluebeam or Excel proficiency)
- Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills
- Self motivated and comfortable working in a fast paced, performance driven environment
- Experience with BMS integration is an asset
Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
- Base Salary: $91,650 to $126,534
- Commission Program: $50,000 to $70,000 expected annually (uncapped)
- Additional Incentive Program: Up to 10 percent of your base salary
- Referral Bonus: Earn up to $1,000 for successful hires you refer
