Cleaning residential homes to the Lathered Standard
Following our cleaning systems, routines, and checklists
Working independently and with teammates
Travelling between homes in the Mountain View area
Using Lathered apps for schedules, timers, job notes, and communication
Keeping a steady pace while maintaining quality
Representing Lathered professionally in client homes
Communicating clearly with the team

Physical demands and work environment
This is a physically demanding role.
Daily tasks include standing for most of the day, frequent stair use, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching overhead, carrying supplies, and repetitive cleaning motions.
Team members work in client homes and may be around pets, dust, fragrances, and natural cleaning products.
This role also requires driving between client homes. Drive time between homes during your shift is paid.
Applicants should feel comfortable performing these duties on a consistent basis.
Requirements
Ability to obtain a clean criminal record check upon hire
Valid Class 5 driver’s licence
Reliable vehicle
Phone with data
Ability to travel throughout Bowden, Olds, Didsbury, Carstairs, Crossfield, Acme, and surrounding areas
Comfortable with physical work
Dependable and able to show up as scheduled

Training wage of $17 per hour
$18 to $22 per hour after training, based on performance, pace, quality, reliability, and role growth
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
