We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Social Media Content Creator to join our marketing team and help bring our brand to life through engaging digital content.
Position Overview
This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys social media, photography, videography, and content creation. The successful candidate will assist in creating content for our social media platforms, helping showcase our products, promotions, team culture, and community involvement.
Key Responsibilities
· Create photo and video content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and TikTok.
· Assist with filming and editing short-form videos and reels.
· Capture content in-store, during special events, and at company locations.
· Help develop creative content ideas and social media campaigns.
· Design simple graphics and promotional content using Canva or similar tools.
· Maintain an organized content library of photos and videos.
· Support the marketing team with content scheduling and publishing.
· Monitor social media trends and suggest new content opportunities.
Qualifications
· Passion for social media and digital content creation.
· Knowledge of platforms such as Meta Business Suite Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
· Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar editing tools.
· Up to date with current social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
· Comfortable using a smartphone and/or camera for content creation, including filming and editing engaging Reels, TikToks, and other short-form video content.
· Strong communication and organizational skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Reliable transportation is considered an asset.
· Previous content creation experience is an asset but not required.
· Spanish-speaking skills are considered an asset.
