Overview

Dedicated Administrative Assistant required for busy solo agent. This is NOT a team environment, you will work 1 on 1 to fully support a female agent's administrative needs. In this energetic role, you will be the backbone of daily operations, supporting agents and clients alike with a proactive approach. Your enthusiasm and multitasking abilities will help streamline processes, manage documentation, and foster positive relationships across all levels of the organization. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a vibrant real estate environment committed to excellence and innovation.

Responsibilities

Manage and organize property listings, contracts, and client files with precision and attention to detail
Coordinate appointments, showings, and meetings efficiently to ensure smooth daily operations
Assist in marketing efforts by preparing promotional materials, social media updates, and open house schedules
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to provide exceptional customer service
Maintain accurate records of transactions, correspondence, and administrative documents to ensure compliance and easy retrieval

Requirements

Proven experience in administrative roles within real estate or property management environments OR for the right applicant with basic computer skills and excellent communication, full training will be provided.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused mindset
Proficiency in marketing tools and social media platforms to enhance property visibility
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining professionalism
