Administrative Assistant

Are you an organized, energetic, and detail-oriented individual who enjoys administrative work? Do you take pride in maintaining a positive attitude and striving for excellence?

If so, this Administrative Assistant position may be the perfect fit for you.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting key processes to help achieve organizational goals in a fast-paced office environment.

Professional Skills

Ability to prioritize and organize workload in a fast-paced environment
Capable of working efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Strong ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with all departments
Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and positive team attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals

Responsibilities

Process customer returns efficiently
Organize and manage returns to suppliers
Assist with shipping issue resolution
Perform administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning
Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Support inventory-related tasks
Assist with organizing and purchasing office supplies
Provide general administrative and clerical support as assigned
Support other departments as needed

Requirements

2–3 years of experience in an Office Administrator or similar role
Enthusiastic, positive, and results-focused with strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat

Position Title: Administrative Assistant
Rate of Pay: $ 21.00 –$24.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Start Date: Immediate
Schedule: Monday to Friday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
