This is initially an unpaid internship with benefit to you being free use of a fully equipped photographic and media studio at your leisure (up to 4.5 hrs of use per week ($1,200 value, - with assistance if necessary), and a compensated branding photoshoot included (up to $800 value).

The goal is to hire you full time, but will start as an un-paid internship with potential earnings available based on leads generated. You do not need to correspond with clients, only generate leads.

We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing and Social Media Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. This role is essential in enhancing brand visibility, engaging with our target audience, and driving online sales through innovative campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess a background in digital marketing, social media management, and graphic design, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends. Studio Space Trade: Looking for a Social Media Manager (Standby Access)

We own a fully equipped photographic rental studio, and we are looking for a talented local Social Media Manager for a mutually beneficial retainer trade.

What We Need:

Social media management (Instagram/TikTok), including 3 Reels/posts per week.
Active community outreach to local photographers, videographers, podcasts channels, community services, charities, boutiques, brands and more.
Growth strategies to increase our monthly bookings.
SEO and Analytic Optimization
Maximizing Google and other Web Outreach

What You Get (Value: $1,200+/month):

Up to 4.5 hours of studio time per week (a mix of 1-hour and 3-hour sessions) for your personal use.
We can supply marketing equipment (laptop, ipad, phone) for on site use if requested.
Perfect for your own content creation, client shoots, or portfolio building. (If not familiar with lighting, assistance provided).
Full access to our lighting, backdrops, and amenities on a standby basis.
Potential Branding Photoshoot Included (up to 3 hours shooting time, makeup and hair included), up to 6 professionally edited images.
Potential to receive earnings immediately with proven leads (percentage of sales commissioned).

Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms, including social media, email, and website channels.
Manage and grow social media accounts using tools like Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok, ensuring consistent branding and engaging content.
Create compelling visual content using Canva, Adobe Lightroom, and Adobe Photoshop to support marketing campaigns.
Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
Oversee paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Instagram and Google Advertising to maximize reach and ROI.
Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics to inform future marketing strategies.
Proofread all marketing materials for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication.
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Experience

Strong proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom Classic, and Canva.
Hands-on experience with social media management platforms like Hootsuite and Buffer.
Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
Experience managing Instagram Advertising campaigns or other paid social media advertising platforms.
Excellent proofreading skills and attention to detail in content creation.

Ability to analyze data insights to optimize marketing efforts effectively.
