Company Overview
10Adventures specializes in private, tailor-made hiking, cycling, and adventure holidays. We handle all logistics so travelers can focus on enjoying their experiences and creating memories with loved ones on personalized adventure holidays.
We are a small, entrepreneurial team with big ambitions. We have strong product-market fit, a growing catalogue of trips, and a large base of content, customer reviews, and destination expertise. Now we are looking for someone to help us turn that foundation into a scalable revenue engine.
About the Role
We are hiring a Revenue Growth Lead to help oversee and grow the revenue side of 10Adventures.
This is not a traditional “marketing” role. It is a hands-on commercial growth role for someone who wants to own the full customer journey, from first website visit to qualified lead to booked trip. You will work across marketing, sales, conversion, customer insights, analytics, and product improvements to help more travellers discover and book unforgettable active vacations.
This role is ideal for an ambitious early-career operator, such asa recent MBA graduate, former consultant, growth marketer, startup generalist, or someone with a few years of experience in marketing, revenue, ecommerce, travel, or marketplaces. The key is you want meaningful responsibility and direct exposure to company strategy.
You do not need to have done this exact role before. You do need to be smart, analytical, commercially curious, highly organized, and willing to get your hands dirty.
What You’ll Do
Your main job is to help 10Adventures grow revenue by improving the systems, campaigns, experiments, and customer experience that drive bookings.
You will likely work on:
- Growth Strategy & Revenue Performance: Develop and manage a clear growth plan tied to revenue, leads, conversion rates, and customer acquisition.
- Marketing & Demand Generation: Oversee marketing initiatives across SEO, email, paid search, paid social, retargeting, partnerships, content, and campaigns.
- Conversion & Customer Journey: Improve the path from website visitor to enquiry to booked trip.
- Product & Commercial Input: Work with the team to identify gaps in our tour catalogue, pricing, trip presentation, positioning, and customer experience.
- Experiments, Systems & Reporting: Create a simple, disciplined growth experiment process.
What Success Looks Like
In the first month you will understand the business, customer journey, revenue model, key channels, and existing growth opportunities. You will have created a simple reporting system and launched your first set of growth experiments.
In the first 3 months you will have improved visibility into our funnel, helped increase qualified leads, improved conversion on key pages or campaigns, and created a more disciplined growth process.
In the first 6 months, you will be a key driver of revenue growth, with clear wins across acquisition, conversion, customer journey, and commercial strategy.
Who You Are
Working at a fast-growing scale-up is not for everyone. Please read the below to understand if you are a good fit.

- You work quickly and enjoy juggling multiple tasks simultaneously.

- You are ambitious, but low-ego. You want responsibility, feedback, and the chance to grow.
- You enjoy small teams where your work actually matters.
Experience We’re Looking For

- 2–6 years of experience in growth, marketing, consulting, ecommerce, marketplaces, travel, SaaS, startups, revenue operations, or a related field.
- An MBA or business-related graduate degree is helpful, but not required.
- Experience with digital marketing, SEO, paid acquisition, email marketing, CRM, analytics, or conversion optimization.
- Strong spreadsheet and analytical skills.
- Excellent written communication.
- Experience working in a small company, startup, agency, consulting firm, travel company, or online marketplace would be valuable.

- Experience with Zoho or another CRM.

- Experience managing contractors, freelancers, or small cross-functional projects.
- A personal interest in hiking, cycling, skiing, outdoor travel, or active vacations.
Why Join 10Adventures?
This is a rare opportunity to step into a meaningful growth role at a company with real traction, a strong mission, and a large opportunity ahead.
You will work directly with the founder, influence company strategy, and have a visible impact on revenue. You will not be a small cog in a big machine. You will help build the machine.
