Position Summary
Agmor is looking for a motivated Field Installer who is passionate about agriculture, enjoys hands-on work, and takes pride in delivering quality solutions for farmers across Alberta and Saskatchewan. Reporting to the Agricultural Manager, you will be responsible for the on-site installation of agricultural equipment, including gating, fencing, barn equipment, and ventilation systems. This is a physically active, field-based position that may require travel and working away from home for short periods, depending on project locations. Responsibilities
- Install back of barn equipment, cow mats, feed pushers, stalls, fans, etc.
- Accurate use of square, levels, angle finder and other measuring tools related to specific area (in both Metric & Imperial)
- Work at heights as required
- Operate mobile equipment, e.g. forklift, skid steer
- Attention to detail, ability to problem solve
- Maintain high level of communication with supervisors & co-workers
- Operate grinders, power saws and other hand tools
- Maintain excellent attendance record

Requirements/Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, sketches, procedures and practices
- Must be willing to work overtime and occasional weekend shifts
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions, indoor & outdoor
- Must have good time management skills
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs. and be on feet for long periods
- Able to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to speak, read, write and understand English clearly
- Possess problem solving skills

We offer competitive starting wages beginning at $24-30 per hour, with final rates determined by your experience, skill level, and how well you align with the role. We appreciate dedication and commitment, and we conduct thorough performance reviews after three months and annually to acknowledge outstanding work and support employee growth.
