First Nations Insurance Services Limited Partnership (FNISLP) is an insurance brokerage specializing in group health benefits, including group health and pension plans, as well as individual insurance and pension products. We currently have offices in Prince Albert and Saskatoon.
LaRoche McDonald Agencies (LMA) is an SGI motor licensing issuer and property and commercial insurance brokerage, with offices in Saskatoon and Prince Albert.
Position Overview
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers, providing professional and friendly customer service while supporting daily office operations. This role is responsible for reception duties, maintaining client records, coordinating office supplies and correspondence, and assisting with benefit administration processes. The Receptionist also provides backup support for SGI Motor Vehicle Licensing services and contributes to a positive and efficient client experience in accordance with FNIS service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional reception services by greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate staff member
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls while responding to general inquiries
- Maintain accurate contact information and client records
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, courier packages, and office correspondence
- Assist with scanning, filing, document preparation, and records management while maintaining confidentiality
- Prepare enrollment packages, benefit booklets, and other client materials as required
- Distribute, update, and maintain BlueCross card records
- Monitor and order office, reception, and promotional supplies
- Maintain departmental procedures and administrative records
- Provide backup support for SGI Motor Vehicle Licensing services, including registrations, renewals, and related transactions
- Collaborate with team members to support efficient service delivery
- Perform other duties as required

Educational Requirements
- Minimum Grade 12 education
- Office Administration Certificate or Diploma preferred, or one to two years of related office, reception, or customer service experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- IBAS Auto Part I (Basic) course or the SGI New Issuer Training (NIT) program must be completed within three months of employment
- Experience or knowledge of group benefits, insurance, or pension plans is considered an asset

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Pay: $19.44-$21.43 per hour
