Looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk Who Thrives on Accuracy and Consistency

Do you love keeping things organized, balanced, and running smoothly? We're looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk who takes pride in accuracy, enjoys following proven processes, and never misses a deadline. If you're the type of person who gets satisfaction from reconciling accounts, solving problems, and keeping the details under control, you'll fit right in with our team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for posting payables, reconciling statements, balancing daily sales and deposits, managing credit card and fuel statement reconciliations, and processing GM correspondence and weekly statements. We're looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a supportive, team-first environment where everyone pitches in and helps each other succeed.

Job Overview and Requirements

Wage: $20 - $23/hr depending on education and experience
Benefits: Life & Disability Insurance, Vision Care, Dental, Prescription Drugs, Retirement Savings Plan
Job Type: Accounting
Work Hours: Full Time: Monday – Friday 8AM to 5PM
Training For Position: On the job
Required Education: Accounting College Degree or Equivalent experience.
Required Experience: 3-5 years experience preferred
