If you're ready for a job site where quality matters and people take real pride in their work, you may feel right at home here.
Maybe you're looking for a place where you can lead a crew, build great roofs, and be respected for how you show up every day.
Maybe you want solid hours, strong pay, and a company that invests in people instead of burning them out.
If you're a seasoned roofer who leads by example, we'd love for you to keep reading.
Ridgeline Corp is built for people who care about the trade. We believe a skilled trade done right is something to be proud of, and that shows up on every job site.
As our Experienced Journeyperson Roofer / Foreman, you won't be dropped into chaos and told to figure it out. You'll join a team that grows people, not just crews, with high standards, real support, and a clear path forward.
Your week is built around 4 x 10-hour shifts, with overtime available in peak season. You'll be on commercial and residential roofs installing shingles and SBS torch-on, handling repairs and replacements, and making sure the work is done right the first time.
You'll lead from the front. That means setting the tone on safety, quality, pace, and professionalism. You'll coach junior apprentices, keep the crew aligned, communicate clearly with clients, crew, and ownership, and hold a high standard while helping create a positive, respectful site culture.
This role matters because your crew will feel your influence every day. When you do this well, jobs run cleaner, people grow faster, and everyone leaves the site knowing they did work worth being proud of.
We have a thoughtful hiring process, but we move FAST for the right person. You could be hired in as little as 10 days! We've had lots of interest, so the first few steps are automated to make sure you can get considered quickly.
Don't worry—if you take the time to apply, we will respond to 100% of applicants.
The process:
-
Click apply and answer a few Who, What, When questions. (5 min)
-
You'll be texted a link for a 10 min questionnaire that will help match you to the job (or others that might suit you!).
-
You'll get a text for a quick 1-way video question. (5 min)
-
We'll send you a link to get scheduled for an in-person interview.
-
You can easily be in for an interview within a couple days from right now.
You'll earn $45–$55/hour based on experience and growth. You'll work a minimum of 40 hours and up to 50 hours. Overtime is available during peak season, and there's an end-of-season contract financial bonus. The path here is clear: Installer Foreman Leadership Partnership opportunities for the right people.
You'll get starter gear provided: tool set, safety harness, tool pouch, work pants, shirts, and knee pads. Your Paid Fall Arrest certification starts in your first week. Your Paid Basic First Aid certification starts in your first week too.
We invest in the whole person, not just the worker. Your development inside and outside of work matters here. Our best foremen started at entry level and earned their way up through the ranks.
We're proud of the culture we've built and work hard to protect it. This role will be a great fit for someone who values professionalism, takes feedback well, and helps create a respectful job site. Every new hire goes through a 2–5 day tryout so both sides can feel confident it's the right fit.
You'll thrive here if you're the kind of roofer who thinks about the crew's output as much as your own. You care about quality, safety, pace, and how you represent yourself on and off the site.
