Integris, a Division of Coastal Community Credit is excited to offer the position of Member Service Representative 1 (MSR1) on a permanent, part-time basis at our Riverpoint branch, in Prince George, B.C.
What is the role?
Member Service Representatives (MSRs) at Integris play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our members. They are responsible for making quality referrals, addressing member issues and complaints with professionalism and positivity. This position demands an outgoing individual with superior communication skills, adept at resolving problems tactfully and exercising sound judgment in various situations.
This part-time position is scheduled for 20-30 hours per week, with an open schedule from Monday to Saturday.
Salary Range: $20.17 to $23.43 CAD per hour.

Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate basic transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, cheque orders, foreign currency, and wire transfers.
- Complete daily balancing of money orders, cheques, bills, credit card transactions, and foreign exchange.
- Open simple sub-accounts, respond to general inquiries, update member information, and handle basic account maintenance and closures.
- Build member relationships, achieve referral goals, encourage the use of new products, and provide information on credit union services.
- Assist with branch administrative tasks, balance the ATM, and help maintain branch appearance.
Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of financial transactions and customer service.
- Ability to clearly and effectively interact with members.
- Efficiently manage transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Proven ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Accuracy in handling financial transactions and member information.
