Clinique dentaire familiale bien établie de l'Ouest-de-l'Île de Montréal est à la recherche d'une secrétaire dentaire pour se joindre à sa superbe équipe administrative.

Si vous possédez de l'expérience à la fois en secrétariat dentaire et en assistance dentaire, vous correspondez particulièrement au profil recherché. Selon votre profil et les besoins de la clinique, vous pourriez occuper un rôle combinant les deux fonctions.

Vos responsabilités

Accueillir les patients et offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel.
Gérer les appels, les rendez-vous, les paiements et les réclamations d'assurance.
Optimiser l'horaire des dentistes et des hygiénistes.
Soutenir le département d'hygiène dans la gestion des rappels.
Collaborer avec l'équipe clinique afin d'assurer le bon déroulement des journées.
Effectuer diverses tâches administratives.
Effectuer des tâches d'assistance dentaire, selon les besoins de la clinique, si la personne retenue occupe également cette fonction.

Ce que nous recherchons

Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'oral et à l'écrit.
Sens de l'organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités.
Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
Engagement envers un poste à long terme selon un horaire régulier.
Expérience en secrétariat dentaire ou dans un poste administratif similaire.
Une formation et de l'expérience comme assistante dentaire constituent un atout important.
La connaissance de Dentitek sans papier est un atout.

A well-established family dental clinic in Montreal's West Island is looking for a Dental Secretary to join our amazing administrative team.

If you have experience in both dental administration and dental assisting, you are an especially strong fit for this role. Depending on your experience and the needs of the clinic, you may have the opportunity to work in a position combining both administrative and chairside responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Welcome patients and provide exceptional customer service.
Manage phone calls, appointments, payments, and insurance claims.
Optimize the schedules of dentists and hygienists.
Support the hygiene department with recall management.
Work closely with the clinical team to ensure the smooth operation of the practice.
Perform a variety of administrative duties.
Perform dental assisting duties, based on the needs of the clinic, if applicable.
