Our team is looking for a full-time seasonal concrete Batcher for our Portables Plant based out of Red Deer, AB location. Here’s what you can expect when working with us:

Responsibilities
· Minimum 1-2 years of concrete batcher experience, however, we are willing to train the right candidate.
· Dispatching experience is considered an asset.
· Strong understanding of concrete production processes, mix designs, and material properties.
· Familiarity with computerized batching systems.
· Inventory and quality control checks in compliance with standards.
· Operate front end loader if required.
· Excellent customer relations.
· Knowledge of concrete industry.
· Strong problem-solving capabilities.
· Good communication skills to coordinate with team members.
· Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime.
· Have a valid driver's license and driver’s abstract according to company policy.
· Meet all Safety requirements and policies.
· Ability to work 12-hour shifts (day/night) in inclement weather.
· Pre-employment drug screening in effect.
