About the Role
In this position, you will provide hands-on leadership and supervision to a team of approximately 25 Security Professionals. You will oversee daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and service delivery, while ensuring compliance with post orders and company policies. You will coach and mentor employees, support incident response and reporting, and maintain strong client relationships through consistent service excellence.

What You Bring
- Valid Alberta Security License
- Valid First Aid & CPR Certification
- High School Diploma or GED
- Driver’s License, Class 5
- Proven experience supervising a team of 25+ employees
- Minimum one (1) year experience in the Security industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage performance while fostering a positive team environment
- Strong customer service focus in a client-facing or security environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and nights as required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
- Ability to respond quickly to incidents and emergency situations
- Occasional lifting, bending, and movement as required
- Maintain alertness and situational awareness throughout shifts
