Are you a passionate and self-driven Nurse Practitioner ready to make a meaningful impact in the fields of family medicine, women’s health, hormone health, and mental wellness? Level Up Wellness Group is growing, and we’re looking for an exceptional NP to join our multidisciplinary team and help us redefine what integrative care can look like.

This IN- PERSON position offers a rare opportunity to build your own practice, shape the role alongside a collaborative team, and be part of a trailblazing clinic focused on holistic and client-centered care. For the right candidate, future partnership opportunities may be available.

As a private healthcare practice, we are looking for clinicians who are motivated, entrepreneurial, and passionate about growth. Candidates must be eager to contribute to service development, understand the dynamics of private practice, and actively participate in building their caseload and expanding the clinic’s offerings. A willingness to engage in collaborative marketing, community networking, and ongoing professional/business development is essential.

About Us:

Level Up Wellness Group is a dynamic private practice offering wrap-around emotional health and wellness services for individuals of all ages. Our current team includes psychologists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, certified counsellors, and doctoral-level therapists, nurse practitioner, naturopaths and chiropractors, each specializing in areas such as anxiety, trauma, ADHD, addictions, eating disorders, grief, OCD, root cause medicine, hormone health, women's health autism, and more.

We're committed to breaking the mold, offering deeply personalized, evidence-based care that evolves with the needs of our clients and practitioners.

The Role:

This is a progressive and autonomous position where you’ll have the freedom to deliver medical care with a trauma-informed lens. You’ll also collaborate closely with internal providers and external healthcare partners, playing a key role in our integrated model of care. Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and treat previously undiagnosed patients within your scope of practice.
Prescribe controlled drugs and substances as needed for emotional health and wellness.
Provide both pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatment plans.
Conduct comprehensive assessments for both physical and psychiatric conditions.
Perform risk assessments, including emergency referrals and safety planning.
Engage in collaborative care with physicians, psychiatrists, and allied professionals.
Utilize a trauma-informed approach in every interaction.
Use the systems and structures in place to develop your practice.

What We’re Looking For:

Master’s-level Nurse Practitioner, registered with CARNA (Family – All Ages).
Strong background in mental health, women's health, addictions, and primary care.
Natural leadership with clear communication and organizational skills.
A deep sense of empathy, compassion, and a drive to go above and beyond for clients.
A creative thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Commitment to evidence-based practice, ethics, and ongoing professional growth.
This role can evolve into full-time if you are ambitious and work with our NP's to develop you reputation

This is a split based contract 60-40 percent to the provider.
