Overview:

Kingsway DPO is excited to welcome a dedicated and motivated Associate Dentist to join our growing team at Northshore Dental Clinic, located in Sagamok, ON. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality dental care and building long-term relationships with patients in a supportive and collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid RCDSO license and demonstrate strong clinical and chairside skills. You should be confident in diagnosing and presenting treatment plans, as well as providing a wide range of comprehensive dental services. A patient-centered approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive dental examinations and develop treatment plans
Deliver a full range of general dental services
Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient and effective patient care

Qualifications:

Valid RCDSO license in good standing
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-focused care
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
