About the Role
Are you an experienced HVAC professional ready to step into a leadership role? Allstar Heating and Cooling Inc. is looking for a skilled, reliable, and driven Lead HVAC Installer to join our growing team.

In this role, you will take ownership of residential and commercial installations, leading on-site projects and ensuring high-quality workmanship from start to finish. If you have a sharp eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proven track record in the industry, we want to hear from you!

Location: Quispamsis, New Brunswick

Position: Full-Time, Permanent

Eligibility: Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or individuals with a valid Canadian work permit.

What we’re looking for:

Install, commission, and troubleshoot a wide range of equipment, including mini-splits, central heat pumps, and Heat Recovery Ventilators (HRVs).
Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
Providing technical direction and on-the-job training.
Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
Ensuring compliance with appliance standards
Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.
Assisting with customers' queries.

What you will do:

5+ years experience as an HVAC Refrigeration Technician and Installer
Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating.
Proficient in balancing air and water systems in line with HVAC protocols.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours and in confined spaces.
Valid driver’s license required.
