Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and driving sales growth through excellent customer service and effective communication. This role offers an opportunity to develop sales skills across various channels, including retail and technology sectors, while providing a positive shopping experience for our clients. Bilingual abilities and experience with product demos are highly valued.

Responsibilities

Need to have customers for Drayage trucking in montreal for local and long haul

Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively
Assist customers with product selection, upselling, and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities
Manage merchandising displays and ensure product availability on the sales floor
Operate POS systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a friendly demeanor
Maintain organized sales areas and ensure compliance with store policies
Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with customers and team members
Manage time efficiently to meet sales targets and complete tasks within scheduled shifts
Uphold phone etiquette when interacting with clients over the phone or via digital communication platforms

Skills

Multilingual or bilingual proficiency (English required) to serve diverse customer bases effectively
Experience in retail sales, merchandising, or technology sales preferred
Ability to perform product demos confidently and persuasively
Strong technical sales skills with knowledge of POS systems and basic math for transactions
Excellent customer service skills combined with effective communication and phone etiquette
Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Sales experience including upselling techniques to enhance revenue opportunities
Time management skills to prioritize responsibilities efficiently
Basic cashiering skills including cash handling and transaction accuracy
Ability to work well in a team environment while maintaining a professional appearance and attitude

Pay: $100,000.00-$180,000.00 per year
