Summary
Wolverine Contracting & Engineering is seeking Project Managers at all experience levels to support the continued growth of our industrial construction, maintenance, fabrication, engineering, and project services divisions.
Depending on experience and capability, successful candidates may support larger projects as part of a project team, independently manage smaller projects, or lead major industrial projects from estimate through closeout.
This role combines project execution, financial management, scheduling, estimating, client communication, subcontractor management, and field coordination. Project Managers at Wolverine are trusted to take ownership of their projects and drive successful outcomes for both clients and the company.
Responsibilities
- Manage industrial construction and maintenance projects from estimate through closeout.
- Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.
- Monitor project performance against estimates and identify risks and opportunities.
- Prepare, review, and manage change orders.
- Manage RFIs, technical inquiries, and client communications.
- Develop scopes of work and issue purchase orders and subcontract agreements.
- Manage subcontractor performance, invoicing, and commercial controls.
- Participate in estimate development and project bidding activities.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, including Primavera P6 schedules where required.
- Coordinate closely with field supervision to ensure successful project execution.
- Lead client meetings, progress reviews, and project reporting activities.
- Support project financial reporting, forecasting, and earned value tracking.
- Identify opportunities to improve project profitability, efficiency, and execution.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure alignment with Wolverine standards and client expectations.

Qualifications
- Experience in industrial construction, maintenance, petrochemical, refining, power generation, manufacturing, project controls, estimating, engineering, or related industries is considered an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, schedule, budgets, and client expectations.
- Experience coordinating field execution, subcontractors, and project resources.
- Strong understanding of project planning, cost control, and commercial management principles.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced project environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Compensation will be based on experience, capability, and responsibility level.

Junior Project Manager - $60,000/year
Intermediate Project Manager - $100,000/year
Senior Project Manager - $200,000/year
Pay: $60,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
