We are seeking a highly adaptable, organized, and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to join our client's team on a full-time contract until March 31, 2027.

As the first point of contact for many visitors and clients, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of their offices. This is a fast-paced position that requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn and support a variety of administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

Provide front desk reception and administrative coverage between multiple work locations.
Welcome clients, visitors, and community partners in a professional, respectful, and compassionate manner.
Answer and direct phone calls, respond to general inquiries, and manage incoming correspondence.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars as needed.
Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, document preparation, and record maintenance.
Process mail, manage office supplies, and support day-to-day office operations.
Assist staff with administrative tasks as assigned.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications

Diploma or certificate in Office Administration , Medical Office Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of one year of administrative or reception experience
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams) and general office technology.
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
Friendly, approachable, and professional with strong customer service skills.
Highly adaptable, easy-going, and eager to learn new processes and responsibilities.
Ability to travel between the three work locations , valid license.
Valid Vulnerable sector check required
Contract Term: Until March 31, 2027
Monday to Friday in office from 8am-5pm
Hourly wage $23-25 per hour
This is a vacant position.

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
