Job Summary

Bourgault Industries is looking for a Product Knowledge Creator to fill a technical role within the Sales and Service team in St. Brieux, SK. The focus of this position will be to develop/document after-sales learning tools.The successful candidate will have strong computer skills and a willingness to learn and grow their Bourgault product knowledge.

Responsibilities

Develop and edit training/instructional materials
Create and edit digital media (modules and courses within our online Learning Management System)
Consult with the Sales & Service team to understand the set-up and operation of Bourgault equipment, in order to document effective instructional content
Dependent upon knowledge and experience, this individual may also provide training to dealers to ensure they are proficient with set up and start-up of seeding systems.

Required Skills/Experiences

High level of competency with computer programs and video equipment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and within a team
Effective oral and written communication
Willingness to learn new skills and systems (training will be provided to the right candidate)
Working knowledge of current farming practices, as well as Bourgault products and their operation is an asset
Enjoy a hands-on work environment that supports being self-directed

Wage Range

$22.27 - $39.55 (Starting wage is dependent on experience)
