Sechelt, BC | Full-Time | Senior Leadership
The Sechelt Inn sits on the waterfront of Sechelt, BC — one of the Sunshine Coast's most sought-after destinations — offering guests a genuinely memorable experience where coastal hospitality meets exceptional dining. Central to the property is a 100-seat waterfront restaurant that draws both hotel guests and the local community, making food and beverage not just an amenity, but a defining part of the Inn's identity.
A year ago, Catalog acquired the Sechelt Inn with a clear vision: to restore and elevate the property to its full potential. That vision is now becoming reality. Room renovations are in their final stages, a fresh rebrand has been launched, and the foundation is firmly in place for the next phase of growth. What's needed now is the right leader to bring it all together.
If you're a hospitality professional who wants to inherit momentum, put your stamp on something special, and lead a property that genuinely matters to its community — this is the role for you.
This is a rare opportunity for an experienced hospitality leader to take full ownership of a boutique waterfront hotel and restaurant operation. As General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the property — from the guest room to the dining room — with a mandate to elevate the experience, drive revenue, and build a high-performing team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on the floor as much as in the office, and who sees food and beverage not as a side operation, but as a defining part of what makes a property great.
