Job description: Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeping Support

AVSS is an aerospace company and is the world leader in guided and unguided parachute recovery systems for commercial drones. AVSS also develops robotic components and solutions.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our bookkeeping and daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, accuracy, and keeping things running smoothly daily.

Responsibilities and Duties

Organize and maintain receipts, invoices, bills, and financial documents
Assist the bookkeeper with data entry and record keeping
Match receipts to transactions and ensure documentation is complete
File and maintain both digital and physical records
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable organization
Maintain spreadsheets, reports, and internal documentation
Support general administrative and office duties as needed

Qualifications and Skills

Need to have:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Previous administrative or office experience preferred
Comfortable learning new software and systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Comfortable working independently in an in-office environment
Flexible language requirement:
French not required

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
