As a Tim Hortons Supervisor, you encourage and guide your team members to deliver an amazing guest experience. You involve your team in reaching goals and standards. You will communicate with your team and always promote a welcoming and positive environment for not only the customers, but for your team members as well. Working as a supervisor, you carry skills that help you regulate floor control and assist in the training process for new and long-term employees. You excel in customer service and take pleasure in assisting every customer throughout the day. You will be assisting in managing all areas of the restaurant, including, storefront, drive through, sandwich station and kitchen.
Education:

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Responsibilities:

Establish methods to meet work schedules

Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food

Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures

Directing daily workflow to ensure that all production and quality goals are met

Resolving issues/problems as it relates to staff and customers

Evaluating and reviewing employee performance

Coaching, motivating and counseling staff including administrating disciplinary action when necessary

Daily supervisor of the staff to ensure that company polices and procedures are followed

Directing and implementing training techniques

Tracking and reporting day to day duties that are to be completed to meet standards

Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
