Being an Project Admin. Assistant at Signex is about joining a team that’s best in the biz. Responsibilities:

· Creating timelines, milestones, and deliverables to contribute to effective project planning

· Following up on the progress of action items and other tasks and reporting to the project manager

· Supporting team members in completing their tasks to ensure they meet milestones

· Updating and organizing project files, such as site status and product timelines

· Using project management software to maintain charters and process flows

· Scheduling meetings, conference calls, and project-related events with team members

· Observing the team's performance and providing detailed updates to the project manager

· Facilitating communication among team members, clients and liaising with the project manager

· Providing administrative support to project managers when necessary

· Clear communication of timelines with clients

· Assist project managers in the planning, execution, and closing of projects. Coordinate project activities, resources, and information to ensure timely completion of tasks.

A Project Assistant will demonstrate the skills needed to balance the juggling act of managing client communication and administrative duties. Some skills and qualifications of a successful Project Assistant candidate include:

· Excellent organizational skills

· Exceptional attention to detail

· Aptitude with computer software programs utilized by the company

· Excellent administrative skills

· Good oral and written communication skills

· Strong problem-solving skills

· Ability to self-motivate

· Ability to work together with others

Benefits to working with the Signex team:

· Full benefits package after 3 months of employment

· Regular hours: 8am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday

· Pension Plan after 2 years of full-time employment
